    I’m a Certified Financial Planner who works with women in their 30s and 40s—women building careers, families, and financial confidence. My clients want advice they can actually use, not a lecture. I give them clear steps, honest answers, and support to follow through.

    At Astra, I focus on helping clients get the foundations right—things like cash flow, savings, debt, and the insurance coverage that protects everything they’re working so hard to build. Over the years, insurance planning has become one of the most important (and underrated) parts of the work I do, especially for young families.

    I’ve been doing this for almost a decade, working alongside my dad, Rick Soparlo, who now serves as Astra’s advisor. We’re a locally owned firm built on transparency, trust, and real relationships.

    I live on an acreage near Regina with my family and a few ridiculous-looking silkie chickens. I’m big on pancakes, podcasts, and plans that don’t sit in a drawer.
